Prize Pool questions are usually about eligibility, standings or settlement timing. We route these issues through account support with the event name, time stamp and game round details, so your query reaches the right queue.

Recorded standings

Settlement labels

A closed pool does not vanish from view straight away. We label it as closing, validating or settled, giving you a clear signal on where the reward process sits.

Region display

Prize Pool access is shown for supported regions where local law permits. If a pool is unavailable to your account, the event card should not invite entry into that round.

The value panel shows the current shared reward for the event and keeps it beside the qualifying rule. You can read the pool size without leaving the room tile or standing area.

Entry rule tag

The entry tag explains what action counts toward the pool, such as a qualifying spin feature, table round or crash result. This keeps the event practical before you commit time.

Event timer

The timer shows how long the pool remains open or when the next phase begins. It helps you avoid entering a round that is already close to validation.

Linked room button

Each pool connects to the exact room that qualifies for the event. You do not need to guess which table, slot or crash title is part of the active pool.

Standing block

For ranked pools, the standing block gives you a quick read on your current position and scoring movement. We keep it close to the event card for easier checking.

Reward state

After closing, the reward state explains whether the pool is validating or settled. This label helps you know when to wait and when a support follow-up may be useful.

Open the Prize Pool page, choose an active event and read the entry rule on the card. If the pool is available to your account, the linked room opens from the same event panel.

A pool may connect to selected slots, crash rooms or live table sessions. The event card names the qualifying title or table type, so you can confirm the correct room before taking part.

Some standings update after a short sync window rather than after every round. Check the pool state first; if it remains active and unchanged, send support the event name and round time.

Once the timer ends, the pool moves into validation before rewards are credited. The event card may show closing, validating or settled, helping you follow the round after active entry has ended.
